Rent includes furnishings, water, sewer, trash, landscaping, and some snow removal (all you have to do is shovel the deck). 6 month lease to start with possibility of renewal! Not pet friendly. Rent is $2,000 a month. Security Deposit is $2,000 with approved credit and application fee is $35 per applicant over the age of 18.
