Town and Country

Town and Country originated as a dairy farm in 1956 and grew commercially and residentially through the 60's and 70's.  It is a 24 square mile area that is minutes from Tampa airport and downtown Tampa, which is one booming metropolis with an NFL football team and NHL hockey team.  There are many strip malls throughout, ranging from older to attractive and newly built.  Approximately 80,000 people reside in Town and Country including apartments, condos, single family neighborhoods and gated golf course communities.  There is a local hospital and skateboard center as well as many schools of varying qualities.  Toll road Route 580 runs north/south through Town and Country.   Many lakes are scattered throughout the area.  Famous Clearwater beaches are just a short drive from Town and Country.  Conveniently located is Town and Country's main drawing card!
