Sun Bay South

Sun Bay South is conveniently located several miles south of Tampa and Tampa International Airport.  It is less than 4 square miles in geographic size and is home to approximately 17,000 residents. It is a middle income area with one hospital, one elementary school and one middle school.  Sun Bay is encompassed by State Highway 92 and Florida toll road 618.  There are many waterfront properties in this South Tampa District neighborhood.  The neighborhood has experienced significant business and residential development over the past decade.  While in Sun Bay South, you are minutes from the Bay on the west and just a few miles to the east for additional waterfront area.  An easy commute to the major Tampa metropolitan area along with the outstanding west coast florida climate makes this area a great place to reside or visit.
