This is the WORST apartments ever. They are super nice when you come to visit but once you've moved in the true colors come out. They dont go over the lease with out that well(in my case at all. She was on the phone the whole time), there is one gardener who is super rude(yells at you about your pets, one time he even stuck his head into my house to be nosey while he was cleaning). The real trouble starts when you move out. For anyone who does move here PAY THE DEPOSIT UPFRONT!!!! DONT DO THE SURE DEPOSIT!!! They dont tell you alot of the things they are gonna look for when you leave. They never say they are gonna check your carpet with a black light(my friend's carpet didnt even show up on the black light they still pulled up the carpet and said the pad was dirty so they charged her to redo the whole carpet)almost $900, if you have pets expect to pay for a new carpet. They are gonna charge you a cleaning NO MATTER WHAT! Parking is the worst. My husbands new car got hit and no body said anything nor did anything. Ive had the people next to me get pulled out of their house by cops(with guns drawn)and sat out in front of my house for about an hour. My friend had bees bulid a HUGE hive, come through her vents and into her house because nobody checks on the area behind the apartments until its too late. My toilet has leaked twice now. And the AC units never get cleaned. Heard from someone they had mold growing in their's. The ladies upfront will gossip till they turn blue ABOUT EVERYONE. THIS PLACE IS HELL STAY AWAY!!!
