Old Creek Ranch has some expensive homes, but are well designed and in a beautiful area. Apartments will cost you at least $1,800 a month for anything decent. But if you look around the entire city, and not just Old Creek Ranch, you can find some better deals. The town is known for having diverse housing costs. This a cute town and the best part is you can be at the beach in less than an hour. It's an upper income area, but nothing like Orange County. So the middle class is still breathing here. The city has great parks and walking trails, along with a diverse population to keep things interesting. This is also a good place for student life with universities in the city and within a short drive. It's a clean city and organized. It has the dessert look with perfect Southern California weather.
