The HP Pavilion in San Jose is one of the most active arena venues for events in the world. According to Billboard Magazine and Pollstar, the arena sold the most tickets to non-sporting events of any venue in the United States, and third in the world. Including sporting events, the HP Pavilion in San Jose averages 184 events a year, or roughly one event for every two days.
Only two professional sports teams call San Jose home: the NHL's San Jose Sharks and MLS' San Jose Earthquakes. But not to fear, sports fan - MLB's San Francisco Giants and Oakland A's, the NFL's San Francisco 49'ers and Oakland Raiders, and the NBA's Golden State Warriors will all be within a 40 mile drive of your new apartment.
