From I-95 take exit 256 at Port Orange onto Dunlawton Ave. Take a left (Towards Beach) and make another left onto Yorktowne Blvd (You will see Bob Evans on the corner). From the Daytona Beach, come south on Clyde Morris, Nova, or Ridgewood and turn right on Dunlawton (going towards I-95). Then make a right on Yorktowne Blvd at the light (Again at Bob Evans or Emeritus Retirement Home). We are the 2nd right on Yorktowne. There are large Hawthorne Village entrance signs so you can't miss us!

Lease Terms - 07 Month, 08 Month, 09 Month, 10 Month, 11 Month, 12 Month

Cable - Brighthouse Networks presents our residents with free cable including channels 1-74

Water - Our residents are responsible for their own water/utility bills through AUM.

Electric - Our residents are responsible for their electric through Florida Power and Light.

Pet Policy - No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. There will be a $225 charge for 1 pet and $350 for 2 pets (one-time non refundable fee). All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10 per pet. No aggressive breeds will be allowed. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with office staff for any recent changes to this policy.
