Moved to Tanyard Park in 2006 and still love it! My shift changes with the seasons and it's nice to know they have rules to try to keep noise at a reasonable level no matter when my bedtime is and to feel safe no matter what time I have to leave for work. The girls in the office and Danny have been great and have helped me out tremendously.
Really diverse community! Many nationalities and ages represented from young professionals just starting out to retirees downsizing to a maintenance-free apartment home. Not a party atmosphere, more park-like and serene.
More than 40 bars / restaurants in the surrounding area.
A great value! Less expensive, larger and newer than most other apartments in the area.

If you can, schedule an appointment - 957-1223. The office gets very busy and it will keep you from having to wait.
The office is open 7 days a week! 9-5 Monday - Friday and 11-3 Saturday & Sundays. There are a lot of times someone is there after hours but no apartments are shown after dark for the safety of the agents.
Pet Friendly! No breed or size restrictions as long as they are reasonably quiet and friendly!
Preston Showcase 16 is a great movie theatre! stadium seating, director's halls, and a Chatter's Bar.
