Overview
(edit)
This section of town is a mix of good looking real estate that typifies Huntington Beach for the residents. It includes some good-size well kept apartment complexes, quite a few cul de sac residential areas that are close to the anchoring green space, Murdy Park. On the East side of this neighborhood is a business park that runs along Gothard St. the full length of this corridor. Warner is a busy zone full of retail shops, department stores such as Home Depot and fast food franchises like Boston Market. A number of the apartment complexes are right along here. For a quieter life, the Northern section of this neighborhood includes smaller units, such as split doubles along Goldenwest and Heil Streets. Goldenwest in this sector is a major thoroughfare that provides access to many of the residential streets.
