Pets Allowed - An animal deposit, additional fee, and pet rent will be required on all pets with two (2) pets being the maximum allowed in an apartment. We do not allow any Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Sheperds, Dobermans, Mastiffs, or dogs we deem vicious. Deposit, fee, and rent are as follows: • Deposits and Fees: o One pet - $500 ($200 Deposit / $300 non-refundable fee) o Two pets - $1000 ($400 Deposit / $600 non-refundable fee) • Pet Rent: o 0-20 pounds = $15 per month o 20-40 pounds = $20 per month
