This is the first (and only) apartment I've live in since moving to Houston. It has definitely set the bar high. Convenient location, friendly staff, well maintained landscaping, plenty of parking, nice apartment interiors, and best of all, an A+ maintenance team. I've had a few minor issues (as anyone living in an apartment would have) and they've all been resolved within 24 hours of making a request. I highly recommend renting here or in any of the other Camdem communities throughout the city.

This is the first apartment complex i have rented in Houston, been here for over 10 months and still wanting to continue living here for my next lease, up in July. Reason being its close to where i work. Overall experience has been good, interior finishes are nice in comparison to other places i saw, the landscape is ver well maintained, clean, very quiet neighbourhood, most importantly safe, office staff is very friendly. I would recommend anyone for this property.

I agree. I have been living at this complex for 15 mos and have enjoy it the majority of the time. The staff is great, very helpful and maintenance is conducted in a timely manner. The only problem I do have is the walls, ceilings and floors are thin and you can hear all footsteps and cabinets being closed. I would respectfully ask that neighbors erspect each other and conduct themselves as accordingly. I would recommend, and have, this complex to new tenants. The interior is nicely done with basic colors that work with any decor and the floor plans are well thought out.
