Goodyear, Arizona

Goodyear is a city in Maricopa County with a population, as of 2006, of 47,359.
Located roughly 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix, Goodyear is a city on the rise. The neighborhoods are all master-planned communities with a variety of families, empty-nesters, singles and retirees.
The city is also making plans for the future, including the next super regional mall in the Phoenix area, a 200-acre downtown from the ground up and a new City Hall and library.
Goodyear is currently the home of Spring Training for the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds.
