Fairway Bend

If you are looking for a middle-class neighborhood just out of the bustle of downtown Fort Worth but still want the buzz and hum of city life, then Fairway Bend is for you.  Surrounded by I-35W on the west, Western Center Blvd. on the north, Beach St. on the east and Fossil Creek Blvd. on the south, the neighborhood boasts a beautful 18-hole golf course, Fossil Creek Golf Club, which encompasses most of the neighborhood's area.

The area is primarily residential with some shopping centers and small office buildings, making it a great location for families.  Fairway Bend is just north-northeast of downtown Fort Worth and commuting on I-35W can be delayed due to traffic.  However, the cost of living is a little lower and may be worth the trade-off.
