LIVED HERE FOR OVER 6 MONTHS. NICE PLACE. VERY AFFORTABLE. WASHED AND DRYER INCLUDED. CARPORT,VERY QUIET. WOULD RECOMMEND.
Ashton Woods Place Apartments, 5281 Strawberry Farms Blvd, Columbus OH 43230 is a good location to an abundance of activities and merchants!
Just a hop, skip, and a jump to numerous establishments and activities about; as well 161 and 270 close at hand for easy access to that abroad!
Kindly office manager on site; always polite, considerate, and punctual to reply of grievances!
Functional and well laid floor plans are spacious and the kitchen makes cooking enjoyable! In apartment laundry room as well a great feature!
A humble fireplace always a joy to warm and brighten any of winters chill or simply enjoy amongst a gathering of friends!
And certainly not least; quaint wooded views amidst a shale laiden runoff creek tantalizing to wildlife! Deer prance about, squirrels scurrying busily foraging, and birds in flight singing sweetly of cheer! (views vary dependent to apartment location but mature trees flourish about the grounds!)
I have been living in Ashton Woods since Sept. 2010 and have found my experience to be pleasant. The complex is nice and quiet (freeway noise is minimal with the windows shut), the layouts are large and open, and having a carport and in-unit laundry is fabulous. The location is close to restaurants at Easton and 161, giving myself lots of options for dining. My only real complaint is that the blinds are cheap and plastic, and if you have a south-facing bedroom and sleep during the day as I do, the sun becomes and issue. Parking out front can also be an issue, but have the private carport makes it workout well. Getting out onto the main drag can also be somewhat of an issue during peak driving hours. The staff has been fine to deal with and repairs have been made in a pretty timely manner.
A carport with each apt. My cat is welcome at no extra cost. Big rooms. Queen size bed two big dressers and still plenty of room. 7 minutes from my job in Easton!
I enjoy living at Ashton Woods, and I feel very safe. It has a great location with easy access to I-270. The property is well maintained, and the manager is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this small complex to anyone.
complex is convenient to major intersections, quiet and easy to make your home, spacious rooms and most come with fireplace and a deck, carport makes winter months nice for no scrapping . great find
