The historic yet sophisticated Olympia Mill Village is focused around Olympia and Granby Mills apartment complexes. These buildings, formerly cotton mills, were constructed in the 1890s and were later developed into apartment homes. This neighborhood is located just outside the downtown area and is located less than a mile from USC's campus. It is close to The Vista and many other surrounding amenities.

Olympia Mill Village is the perfect location for sophisticated college students or young professionals. It is very close to downtown and is in a gorgeous location. The apartments of Olympia and Granby Mills are well designed and spacious.
