Elmwood Park is a historic neighborhood and is located within the downtown boundaries of Columbia. Previously the location of the state fair, this neighborhood was developed in the early 1900s and still contains a large number of homes from this era. This neighborhood consists primarily of professionals, retirees and upper middle class families. Elmwood Park hosts an annual Home and Garden tour which allows for visitation and experience of the excellent renovations of its early 20th century homes.

Elmwood Park is a beautiful neighborhood with excellent landscaping and beautifully renovated homes. It is a good place to raise a family if you can afford it.
