We moved in November and overall I am very pleased with the complex. The carpet was brand new, apt had been freshly painted and some minor repairs were done quickly when requested. The office staff is very friendly and I feel safe in the complex. The only thing I wish was different has nothing to do with the complex. The neighbors kind of keep to themselves and as soon as they are out of the car head straight to the apt and lock the door. But other than that, we have been very happy here. The price is competitive for the area, considering most in the same range do not include a washer and dryer as this place does. It is in a good location as well.

This community is very pet friendly. The weight restriction is 100 lbs and it is located close to Cary Dog Park. There are also pet stations located throughout the community.

There is a Food Lion very close by at the intersection of Cary Parkway and Chapel Hill Road. There is an O2 fitness off James Jackson Ave. that is very nice too! Wachovia is only a stones throw away!
