Beltsville, Maryland

Beltsville is a small DC suburb just past the Beltway and north of College Park. It's not an immediate suburb of DC, and people who live here would have about the same commute to DC as they would to Baltimore. Beltsville has a very commercialized feel to it, and the area often experiences heavy traffic flow, since it is right off several main highways. It is located in the northern portion of Prince Georges County and has a population of more than 15,000. Since it is part of the Prince Georges Country school district, the quality of public schools ranges quite a bit.
